Buyers
Buyers (we call them users) consume inference. The buyer experience is set-and-forget: fund once, set a minimum discount, and call the API.
The buyer model
- Connect a wallet on Base and sign in with SIWE.
- Top up USDC via x402. Only confirmed balance is spendable.
- Set a max price (30–80¢): your minimum required discount.
- Create a Bearer API key.
- Call
POST /v1/chat/completions. The router clears the cheapest eligible supply at or below your max.
Max price is a ceiling, not a bid
Your max price filters which offers are eligible. The clearing price is always the seller's posted ask, which may be well below your ceiling.

| 80¢ (default) | Minimum 20% off; widest access to supply. |
| 50¢ | Minimum 50% off; only offers at or below 50¢ are eligible. |
| 30¢ | Strictest; only 30¢ offers clear. |
If no eligible supply exists at your ceiling, the request returns 503 with headers telling you the cheapest posted price. Raise your max to access it.

- Live liquidity in the marketplace depth board.
- Your usage and savings: balance, deposited, spent, saved, model breakdown, deposits, and inference history.
