Roadmap
What is shipped, and what is planned. We flag planned-versus-shipped honestly.
Shipped
- The core money loop: SIWE accounts, x402 USDC funding, seller supply offers, Bearer-key inference, router settlement with the 10% fee.
- The 30–80¢ corridor and minimum-20%-off guarantee.
- Live marketplace depth, buyer and seller activity dashboards.
- Hardware-signed seller payouts on Base mainnet (proven), with batching.
Planned
Buyer access
- Coinbase Pay on-ramp (card or external crypto → USDC) feeding the same ledger.
- Variable deposit amounts in the web UI.
- A first-run onboarding checklist with funding confidence cues.
Trust and proof
- Public reliability metrics (success rate and latency percentiles).
- Spend-runway ("days at current burn") on your activity view.
- Bounded CSV export of deposits and inference history.
Seller tools
- Clearer capacity and payout reconciliation surfaces.
- Opt-in intraday dynamic pricing within the corridor.
Marketplace evolution
- Dusk Cells (v1.1): an end-of-day clearance window (21:00–00:00 UTC) with supplier modes for end-of-day DIEM.
- Deposit-time fee pre-collection aligned with treasury earmarks.
Operations and scale
- ClickHouse-backed telemetry for operator analytics.
- A data-driven social content pipeline from real market stats.
Status
Some economics described in these docs (for example, deposit-time fee pre-collection and fully automated treasury deployment) are design targets. The shipped behavior today is the per-clear 10% fee and operator-timed treasury deployment.
